At Cerelian.Earth, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted herbal blends, oil, and sprays to our customers. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, and therefore we have implemented the following refund and return policy:
Refund Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Policy: We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@cerelian.earth with your order number and the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged products. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that we do not accept returns of opened products, as they are perishable and cannot be resold.
Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@cerelian.earch and include a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
